HR Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Be the system administrator to the HRIS, request and follow up on needed changes, and maintain a completed, and active record of all employees
- Provide accurate frequent reporting on all HR metrics
- Keep a complete record of employees' Lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage all archiving-related activities and maintain all relevant documentation to proper local authorities, as required by local labor law.
- Manage the offboarding process for all end-of-service types.
- Manage all leaves and attendance for all kinds of personnel
- Support employees' payroll-related data (hiring, termination, sickness, maternity leave, unpaid leave, tax withholding, insurance contribution, etc.) and submits the annual and monthly employer’s obligations to local authorities.
- Create a knowledge base for all employees’ requests and inquiries.
- Own all HR policies and procedures, from creation to maintenance and update.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
- A Master’s Degree or professional certificates are preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Proven strong employment relations experience in a big operation.
- Experience in payroll, labor laws, and social security.
- Experience in managing disciplinary actions and handling employee-related investigations.
- Experience in creating policies and procedure
- Advanced MS Office user with a focus on Excel use.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent reporting and presentations skill.
