High School Principal
Administration – High School · Khaitan, Kuwait TITLE: HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Primary Purpose:
The Principal’s duties are many to oversee the smooth operation of campus activity, and ensure we are delivering a quality education to our students. The incumbent will serve as the main figurehead for faculty, overseeing and evaluating the faculty. He/she will also and maintain a safe and nurturing place for our students to learn, and serve as a head liaison for parent and stakeholder communications,
Qualifications:

Native English speaker preferred.

5-7 years as principal or vice principal

Excellent oral and verbal communication skills

Proven problem-solving skills
* Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
