Head of Finance Operations
Job Description
Our Client
A high growth tech firm in the region have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Head of Finance Operations to join their finance team based in Dubai.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing entire finance operations function for the group, which include receivables, payables, billing, banking, audit management, monthly report finalization, audit finalization and all other accounting related activities
- Oversee monthly financial closing and year end reporting, including group consolidations
- Responsible for audits and all related reports
- Ensuring tax compliance and reporting across the group and the regional subsidiaries across the GCC
- Manage, guide and assist team to perform operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a accounting, financial operations or related areas
- ICT or professional services industry experience is preferred
- Good experience in Auditing and managing stakeholders
- Good experience and understanding of professional services or ICT business with hands-on working experience on tasks
- CPA or relevant certification (specific to country) is Must
- Experience with taxation requirements in the Middle East
- Experience in the Big 4 and a high growth tech company is an advantage, but not essential
- Arabic speaker is essential for this role.
