Fashion Company in Jeddah seeks an experienced Pattern Maker / sample maker for women's fashion (dresses, pants, tops). machines.
Job Types: Full-time on the office or on his land
* Computer knowledge of pattern technology
* Knowledge of fundamental skills in pattern making
* Knowledge of illustrator is preferred
* Execute pattern changes related to fit, styling, and construction using 2D and 3D software
* Complete Pattern Worksheets, Body Specs, and Technical Design Specification and Details.
* Grade patterns and analyze graded nest to make necessary adjustments to maintain fit and design integrity.
* Effectively communicate fit intent, balance and construction details to makers via pattern, sketches and/or digital images/3D Garments.
* Create Zero Style Blocks and prepare for shrinkage application.
* Review physical and 3D garments relative to fit, styling, construction, and accuracy.
Skills for Success:
* Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
* Shows accountability and ownership of assigned product
Pattern-maker Responsibilities:
* Meeting with product designers to discuss the base design.
* Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints.
* Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques.
Pattern-maker Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Previous experience as a Pattern-maker.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models.
* Proficient with computer drafting software including CAD.
* Excellent fine motor skills.
* Ability to work to a deadline.
Nationality : Non-Saudi's
