The role is responsible for leading, initiating, directing, and following through different cross-functional Credit innovation projects of varied s and technologies that contributes to re-invention of Process journeys, re-defining operating models, improving operational efficiencies related to productivity, automation and optimization and business planning for FAB Group Credit UAE & International landscape.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- A high-potential member accountable for accomplishing innovative business process improvements resulting in measurable financial and/or customer loyalty gains by applying the Lean and Six Sigma methodology in Credit.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify focus areas for improvement and innovation
- Participate in and advice taskforces for selection and adoption of new technologies and approaches
- Able to write BRDs & perform Gap Analysis,
- Able to Write Test cases & plan Test strategies & execute testing
- Track, monitor, and report on the progress of projects. Ensure highest level of quality is achieved within assignments at all times
- Functionally proficient to identify Core Vs Non-Core Credit Processes, highlight inefficiencies, present the root cause analysis, recommend and implement process ratification measures
- Identify opportunities for RPA Enabled Lean Process Automation improving operational efficiencies
- Identify, execute and implement opportunities for Process Digitization, system/data integration and identifying the business impact/benefit of the implementation in the systems
- Active listening skills and ability to dissect problems in an organized manner.
- Automate data audits, assess and resolve lapses of data control points, report and monitor the quality of Credit data
- Equip people with knowledge by conducting trainings on processes and systems
- Work closely with other members of the Projects team on developing and executing innovation aspects and scope of the project
Job Context:
- Evaluate Group Credit Processes to enable identification & Ratification of Process Control Lapses, scope opportunities for lean process modelling, automation & process integration.
- Evaluate Group Credit Data Models and present gaps in the process, systems and trainings.
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate Policy level checks in systems and build mechanisms to monitor policy deviations.
- Conduct System & Process Level Trainings for Group Credit & Stakeholders for enterprise wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
- 5+ years work experience in transformation as a Business Analyst, preferably with a consulting firm or within the financial services industry
- Good understanding on Financial Instruments particularly on the Personal Banking side (Personal Loans, Mortgage & Auto Loans & Credit Cards, Elite & Private Banking) & their application systems
- Good Understanding on Retail Collections Module & Rules Engine with its applications
- Good Understanding on Core banking systems & Business Process Management systems
- Ability to manage complex planning processes across a number of inflight initiatives, and to manage a portfolio of projects/work streams
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategy process including structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving, framework development, and formulation of actionable recommendations
- Ability to partner with internal technology partners to drive change initiatives
- Expertise in and proven application success implementing Agile, Lean, journey mapping, design thinking and other process optimization/innovation frameworks
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences
- Advanced problem solving, analytical and technical skills
- Exemplary business intuition and judgment to help the team translate analytical inputs and metrics, platform architecture and business needs into value-creating initiatives
