Project Management Assistant
The International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) is an international organization committed to furthering the conservation, protection, use and enhancement of the world’s cultural heritage. It is a network of experts and benefits from the interdisciplinary exchanges of its members, including architects, historians, archaeologists, art historians, geographers, anthropologists, engineers and urban planners.
ICOMOS currently has over 10,100 individual members in 153 countries, 320 Institutional Members, 110 national committees, and 28 international scientific committees, ICOMOS-Jordan was established in 2019 and its members include Prof, Experts, Academics in fields related to cultural heritage including architecture, geology, archeology, sociology, environmental services, cultural resource management among others professional and academic in cultural heritage in Jordan. This national committee will have significant contribution to the better management and preservation of Jordan's Cultural Heritage Resources and World Heritage Sites (WHS).
Job description
The Project Management Assistant is responsible for developing ICOMOS-Jordan long-term membership sustainability plan. He/She will work with senior management to identify opportunities, set goals, and create plans for achieving those goals.
Responsibilities
Submit sustainable plan for increase ICOMOS-Jordan membership.
Submit marketing plan for ICOMOS-Jordan.
Submit ICOMOS-Jordan membership retention plan.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience as a strategic planner or business analyst.
Excellent knowledge of industry strategies.
Ability to problem-solve.
Ability to interpret relevant data.

Job description
The Social Media Intern will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts of ICOMOS-Jordan in order to strengthen the organization's marketing and grow its online presence.
Responsibilities
Create and design print and digital materials.
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
Retouch and manipulate images
Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
Collaborate with the Cultural Heritage Intern to develop design concepts.
Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed.
Planning and developing social media campaigns.
Posting content across social media accounts.
Engaging with customers on different channels.
Analyzing running campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree in Marketing, E-Marekting, or Graphic Designer.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, E-Marekting, or Graphic Designer, Fresh Graduates are welcome
Very Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
Graphic Designer skills.
Organized and able to multitask.

Job description
The primary role of the Cultural Heritage Inten is to help in planning and organizing programs and activities for ICOMOS-Jordan and undertake administrative and basic financial operational duties. And ensure the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards by working with ICOMOS-Jordan Board.
Responsibilities
Support planning and coordination of ICOMOS-Jordan programs and activities
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Support growth and program development
Assist in collecting data and crafting reports
Assist in managing, relationships and work with relevant institutions and organizations
Assist in any additional administrative and technical tasks as requested
Prepare paperwork and order material and work on membership development
Follow-up with ICOMOS board members and general assembly members
Qualifications and Experience
University degree in archaeology, cultural resources management, architecture, or any related field
preferable of 1-2 years of experience in archaeology, cultural resources resource, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
IT skills, particularly with web-based applications
