What you willbe doing

  • Working closely with the business to understand the job criteria and person profile
  • Advising and providing consultancy to the business on the market, candidates and TA strategy
  • Attracting top talent into the Group, taking them through the journey of understanding the Group, the mission and the TA process
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance and Accounting and Admin people for our critical roles
  • Conducting competency based interviews to share thorough feedback with the hiring team
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager journey and experience
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for future roles
  • Internal and external networking
  • Ensuring a strong presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

What you'llneed tosucceed
Previous experience in TA recruiting either Supply Chain or Finance people (or both!)
Ability to attract and onboard people from all across the world in a very competitive market
Persuading and influencing skills
Strong communication skills
Be happy to work in a fast-paced, fairly high volume environment
Ability to deal with a range of seniority of internal managers and external candidates
You will need to be based in the UAE already and if you are immediately available, extra bonus points!
