Job Description:
Responsible for the entire selling function bookstore which includes: handle staffing, merchandise orders, coordinate with the marketing team and their orders for the store, textbook supplier point of contact/order placement, work with bookstore vendors (laptops/electronics).
Proper window and merchandise display, monitoring of sales.
Very good in customer service and can handle customer item requests and complaints.
Focus on its key result include Sales, Operations, Inventory Management, and Visual Merchandising.
Handle payment transactions whether cash, debit card, or credit of customers.
Must be knowledgeable in detecting fake bills and fraud transactions
Maintains sufficient funds at all times and update replenishment whenever needed.
Prepares and submit sales reports and computerized cash breakdown report
Assist in the promotions/assisting of customers/selling
Monitors usage and accountability of store supplies.
Minimum Requirements :
Candidate must Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
At least 3 years of work experience in the same capacity as Manager
Retail experience is a must preferably in a bookstore or electronic store
Can join immediately
