Department Description:
Retail Products team is a significant line of business for Emirates NBD the retail Banking operations team handles the daytoday operations for Cards Liabilities Assets
Brief Description:
The team focus on Retail operations and governance support on customer service efficiencies Enhance and Improve customer experience KPIs
Detailed Description:
Monitor and Track Service complaints raised for all line of businessRetail Cards Liabilities and Assets
Perform control overview for operating process with daily MIS
Coordinate with Product and IT team on system changes enhancements
Manage other processing teams on Service requests The cases raised by front end channels need to be resolved within a specified turnaround time by providing a solution to the issue This involves making decisions based on the case facts within the prescribed practices of the bank to reduce number of complaints and TAT Breach
Job Requirements:
Deliver on key metrics daily
Analyze data and identify process gaps
Ensure overall performance of the unit on operational service aspects
Focus on daytoday operations and ensure that any unpredictability is handled efficiently
Follow ups with various teams to ensure service metrics are met
Route Service request to various departments
Give feedback and discuss performance with relevant units
Drive monthly meetings with stakeholders and product teams
Comply to information security and data privacy policies
Perform control overview for operating process with daily MIS across Card Issuance Transactions Payments Statements Maintenances
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in critical daily monitoring activities
Maintain Suspense accounts and monitor reconciliations
Monitor maintain daily processing of Payment return advice statement jobs recons
Timely follow ups with relevant stakeholders viz ITNIVendorCobrand Partner for issue resolutions
Additional Details:
Graduate degree
Banking experience with expertise in CRM Finacle BPM FinnOne
Experience in automation tool macro skills and highend Microsoft excel analytics tools and MS PowerPoint
Experience in Banking Operations
Retail Banking product knowledge
Excellent communication skillsFluent in English Arabic and able to converse at high level providing critical explanation
Display excellent listening and writing skills
Should be a team player and proactive thinker
Analytical approach to problem solving
Good service skills and customer orientation
Strong personal values and high ethics
Basic problemsolving skills
