Job Requirements:

Develop Cloud solutions, support sales teams, perform opportunity triage and sales support liaison and coordinate with clients the details of the solution. Has expertise in one or more Public Cloud provider technologies and is capable of embedding these capabilities into existing or new cloud-based infrastructure solutions

Key Responsibilities:

a. Design architecture, High Level Design and Low-Level Design for multi cluster OpenShift platform deployments

b. Expertise working on Kubernetes platforms including OpenShift and leverage the features available for Monitoring, Observability, Performance, DR for the Client Solution as a whole

c. Interact with multiple teams, tools integration with the solution and build the Solution Architecture form all the NFRs perspective

Technical Experience: Experience in tools for management of Multi Cloud Hybrid Cloud environment like Red Hat Advance Cluster management or IBM Multi Cloud management, experience working as SRE managing multi cluster environments from monitoring to end to end cluster and application life cycle management through these tools, Experience working in governances, policy management across Multiple Kubernetes clusters,

Professional Attributes: Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication. Ability to articulate and manage communications with IT and Business Stakeholders. Should have ability to work under pressure.

Additional Information: Red Hat Certified Specialist in Multiple Clouds and Kubernetes Cluster management skills

Work Experience: 10+ years

Must Have Skills: Red Hat OpenShift

Should have min 10+ years of relevant experience as Cloud Architect in RedHat Portfolio (OpenStack, OpenShift)

Extensive experience working in enterprise software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from a development, engineering, support, or quality assurance (QA) perspective
Practical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts, application development, and deployment tools
Ability to deliver consultative type customer-facing engagements with minimal supervision
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to customers clearly and concisely
Demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills
Practical experience of one or more public cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud) and their integration with enterprise customers with recent public cloud certification is a plus; experience with hyperscaler services like AWS RDS and Azure Postgres is a plus
Experience with Kubernetes-based solutions, like the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and the greater Kubernetes ecosystem is a big plus
Experience building continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to build and deploy applications to Kubernetes is a big plus
Experience with tools like Helm, Kustomize, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, and the EFK stack is a big plus
Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Go, Ruby, or Java is a plus
Provide technical inputs related to Private Cloud and DC Systems
