The ideal candidate is well verse of overseas manpower operations in Asian region. Having experience in managing entire recruitment process from receiving the requirements from clients in middle East and sourcing from Asian countries

Salary: AED 12000 – 15000

Location Dubai

Preferably Indian

Manpower experience :7+ Years

Note: if you don't have experience in Overseas Manpower operations please don't apply

Scope

To manage the smooth operations of Manpower and Outsource contract(s) in coordination with site Supervisors, Admin Support, Assistant Operations Manager and Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
