Duration – 6 8 Months for Dubai Global Event
Freshers will be considered as per their eligibility .
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a similar role .
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus .
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment .
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents .
Profile Description
Maintenance Coordinator should develop & implement maintenance plans of the Pavilion .
Perform routine Pavilion maintenance duties, including, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and ventilation systems maintenance .
Maintenance Coordinator must perform basic plumbing tasks, which includes unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets .
Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate attention .
A Maintenance Coordinator must promptly respond to requests for emergency repairs and clean-ups .
Maintenance Coordinator must ensure that all maintenance equipment is in good working order .
Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to Pavilion Director .
Maintenance Coordinator should comply with all safety and health regulations .
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues .
