الوصف الوظيفي
The role holder is responsible for Developing, reviewing and refreshing local content strategy for stc group as well as Establishing and maintaining LC governance incl. policy and process/procedures, and ensuring effective operation of those structures. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Develops, review and refresh local content strategy for stc group
Defines annual objectives in alignment with corporate/government goals “PIF/LCGPA/MCIT/…etc”
Develops and refresh local content annual plan
Identifies and prioritise LC opportunities
Defines and assign LC targets, KPIs/metrics
Supports like advisory for executives in subsidiaries on LC planning
Review and advice on suppliers entity and contract level LC commitments
Establishes and maintain LC governance incl. policy and process/procedures, and ensuring effectives operation of those structures
Supports and evolves local content Operating Model with all int./ext. stakeholders
Ensures LC considerations are embedded in all business processes where relevant Ensures sustainable LC development and improvement
Supports like advisory for executives in subsidiaries on LC governance
