Arrive at the pavilion before the hosts team members in the morning and ensure the appropriate Opening and closing of the pavilion
Ensure the pavilion is clean and ready for visitors arrival
Ensure that all offices and VIP facilities are clean
Ensure that hosts team members are in position 10 minutes prior to opening time
Brief hosts team members about any special activities or visitors
Supervise team members during the day and attend to emergencies
Assist with special or protocol events, events manager when required
Track hours of work of hosts team members
Reporting any abnormalities to the Pavilion Director or his/her representative onsite
Participate in training development and delivery
Provide support to the pavilion's administrative personnel
Provide support to the general hosts
Maintain the reception area cleaned and ordered
Prepare reception incident reports Control and record the data of all the people who access the pavilion via the VIP door (VIPs, people who come to the offices, groups with prior bookings, attendees at conference or workshops etc.)
Record the results of the visitor counts
Administer lost property (i.e., items that visitors inadvertently leave behind).

Profile Description
DESCRPTN – Duration – 6 – 8 Months for Dubai Global Event
Job Requirements:-
Min. 3 years experience in a supervisory/managerial HR or Admin Role
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Excellent communication skills – oral & written.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Fluency in English and/or Arabic/Spanish/French
