Job Title: Public Relations Officer Supervisor – Riyadh

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all manual tasks related to immigration for the company and its clients.
  • Managing all manual tasks related to government relations for the company and its clients.
  • Building knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes.
  • Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation.
  • Assigning and monitoring the fluid execution of operational tasks by the GRO team members.
  • Supervising the timely preparation of all employee-related applications by GROs.
  • Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
  • Providing reports to the Government Relations Manager (GRM).
  • Supervising and leading of PROs team.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The public Relations Officer Supervisor has the direct responsibility for the supervision of the PRO section including completing performance evaluations, rewarding, counseling, reprimanding staff members, and all other supervisory tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Good communication skills / Strong interpersonal skills in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken).

· 3-5 years of government relations experience.

· Saudi Only.

WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS

Normal work hours will be Sunday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm. The majority of work hours will be spent in a professional office environment.
