Jobs at this level are responsible for managing STC’s large scale account(s) sales and contributing in development of a consolidated account management strategy, in order to meet STC’s overall profit targets. They are also responsible for monitoring and controlling account(s) development budgets and managing relationships with large accounts of STC.
• Contribute in developing and managing relationships with medium accounts across verticals.
• Work with existing medium accounts and identifies potential and new business opportunities, to increase STC’s revenue.
• Support in negotiation process and opportunities closures to increase STC revenues and reduce costs.
• Supervise work units within the specified area of work, to ensure efficient work flows and accurate outputs.
• Work with concerned departments/sectors in understanding their sales strategy and commercial goals, engaging in the development of short and long term plans related to accounts management.
• Update account plans based on client needs and requirements.
• Deliver solutions tailored to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with services.
• Supervise internal process improvement related projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
• Supervise and manage performance of a team of ensuring that profit targets and sales goals are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Act as Project Coordinator for medium scale sales projects, tenders and effectively manages client relationship with assigned accounts.
• Work with district colleagues in matters related to review of STC’s sales and account management objectives.
• Review technical reports and forecasts related to account(s), in order to inform senior management regarding the status of STC’s account(s) sales.
• Partner with relevant marketing stakeholders to ensure update on all current/future client requirements and ensures these are taken in to account for product/service development.
• Supervise account(s) management budgets and ensures these are effectively utilized for increasing STC’s sales.
• Contribute in managing medium tender processes and establishes appropriate contractual agreements by coordinating with Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Sector and Legal General Directorate work units.
• Review documentation pertaining to medium scale proposal development, ensuring inputs from all relevant personnel is taken into consideration, in order to maximize win rate.
• Develop detailed short and long term plans by coordinating with relevant work units, based on current and future needs of STC’s products/services.
• Manage STC’s assigned medium scale accounts and provides technical expertise to the team in meeting and exceeding established profit/sales targets.
• Review progress and sales performance reports for assigned accounts on regular basis in order to update management on the progress.
• Deliver necessary training to relevant own and partner sales staff.
• Supervises work staff, as needed, to ensure work continuity.
