5G/LTE Optimization Subject Matter Expert
>12 years' Optimization experience
Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective
Leading NPO team on a day-to-day operational aspect of a project scope
Monitoring and analyzing LTE/5G radio Network statistics
Maintain / improve all Radio performance KPIs
Revising Radio KPIs formulas and defining new ones when needed
LTE/5G Radio parameters Setting and tuning
Provision and implementation for new features
Handling both ways RAN Swap activities
Network expansion and capacity studies
Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
M.V. knowledge is an added value
Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
>12 years' experience
Experience with a network Optimization / design service provider
Leadership skills
Good communication skills
