الوصف الوظيفي
The role holder is responsible for Liaise the discussions over the business plans and identify all demand or needs if there is a new project or services. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure
• Liaise the discussions over the business plans of BUs for new services or projects
• Leads the discussions over business demand operation model and processes and reflects T&O requirements
• Liaise the discussions over the business plans of GCT and OpCos for new services or projects
• Leads the new vs. existing capabilities discussions with business units
• Ensures full alignment of T&O strategy with BUs customer demand
• Develops and maintains the roadmap over capabilities with the alignment with T&O internal sectors
• Develops strategic alignment with business units for utilizing stc available capabilities
• Leads the feasibility stage of the business demand and ensures strong relevance and alignment with T&O reference architecture
• builds end to end technical solution and submits it to the business units • Manages the interaction with business units over mega projects and emerging technologies
• Works with business units in revamping existing portfolio of services
• Leads BA meetings and workshops, including leadership oversight committee meetings, BA delivery meetings and weekly updates with business units
• Ensures strong alignment with the Corporate Development, subsidiaries and OpCos for stc new initiatives
• Leads the alignment and discussions within T&O sectors over stc initiatives from the ideation stage until the solution document is built
• Leads the feasibility and scoping of business units PoCs • Builds and maintains progress reports and dashboards over the active business demand
• Manages the delivery for the GCT business projects
• Manages the dependencies with OpCos over the onboarding, support and CS aspects
• Sets testing approaches and ensures timely closure of T&O dependencies.
• Manages the integration with subsidiaries and OpCos
• Manages and resolves project risks and resolving issues with business units across ongoing projects’ delivery
