Job Scope:
– Identifying & leading the implementation of white space opportunities on both Portfolio and channel to build/grow the nutrition and IC business in Tunisia.
– Responsible for leading and implementing all marketing activities to create demand and build penetration for our key brand.
– Build a sustainable business model for the division and ensure frequent review with the relevant stakeholder to take the corrective actions when needed from top to bottom line.
Roles & Responsibilities •
Create the nutrition and IC business to arrive to a 10 M euro ambition: by identifying market opportunities and growth drivers and build plans to win in the market. Anticipates current and future consumer trends, along with competitor retaliation and take timely actions with great agility.
• Build an investment ready business: a viable business model is a must to ensure that our brands are adequately supported to drive penetration. Own A&P and drive the right choices to maximize return on investment.
• Leads brand marketing plan: full market deployment including both ATL & BTL, reviewing this deployment and correct the course if needed. This includes: o ATL and BTL campaigns and digital plans. Has the ability to judges the creative submissions from the agencies and evaluates effectiveness o timely roll out of innovation mixes, responsible for launch planning, implementation, and evaluation of the innovation mix. o Responsible of brand management in terms of intervening when issues occur on stocks, sales etc. in work with customer development and customer marketing team to address issues, set action plans and follow up on implementation

• An entrepreneur and a business savvy, hungry for growth with strong business acumen.
• Has a good balance between a strong muscle and a strong brain, i.e strategic and choiceful meanwhile a strong execution machine, can strike the right balance between short term results and long term business building for the future. • Strong Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management as he will need to deliver through different teams and partners.
• Strong project management either on innovations launches or deployment. • Digital experience is a must. • Sales experience is a big asset
