And as we grow we need talented people to help us grow!

Your role at AUMET will include the following:

Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
Managing the receipt, banking, and protection of company funds.
Maintaining the financial systems and policies controlling the company’s treasury activities.
Maintaining financial activities..
Implementing legislative and financial policies.
Generating invoices and account statements.
Performing account reconciliations.
Performing daily bookkeeping activities.
Producing monthly financial and management reports.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Follow up with the Sales Department on the collection
Support in the month end closing process
Processing payment according to the payment schedule
Ensure the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
