As a Night Manager your role will be to ensure that you provide a courteous and friendly service to all guests while making sure all Nightly duties are carried out on each shift and your members are allocated their duties. This is a hands on role where you be required to follow all Front of House / Reception brand standards for the guest journey as well as nightly duties, whilst also ensuring the wellbeing and security of the hotel, Guests and Staffing. Duties of Night Manager include:
• Handling all guests needs, enquiries, and complaints in a necessary time frame with a courteous efficient and friendly service, including check in and check out.
• All reception tasks are completed on each shift.
• Going above and beyond to make the guest experience as personalized as possible.
• Completing Night Audit preparation and actual night audit.
• Duty Management of the hotel, Assist in hotel operations at night. Calls, Room service prep and Delivery, Night Audit, assist in Hotel Security walks.
• Excellent Communication skills and a positive and friendly personality.
• Be able to progress, Motivate and maintain a team.
• A desire to learn and progress.
• Be able to multi task and priorities tasks and think strategically.
• Knowledge of Opera.
