Our client is a well-known Investment Research & Advisory firm serving reputed institutional clients across US, UK & Europe since 2003. They are looking to hire an excellent Business Development Manager who can help grow their financial consulting & advisory business in Saudi Arabian region with family offices, govt agencies, sovereign funds, investment banks and other institutions
Current or prior experience working with management consulting/ financial advisory firms in business development role would be highly preferred
Job Description
Business planning
o Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market
o Set targets at an annual level and quarterly level, in consultation with senior management
o Developing an action plan to achieve targets
Building new clients
o Identify and target new clients in Govt Agencies, Investment Firms, Sovereign Funds & Financial Institutions
o Engage clients on research opportunities and close business deals by facilitating discussions with the client and internal delivery teams as necessary
o Build referral and lead generation network
Managing and growing accounts
o Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
o Build long term relationships with broader set of client teams within the client organization to strengthen the overall relationship
o Set and manage targets for growth of client accounts
Identifying new business ideas
o Identify new areas for research support and working with the delivery teams to pilot and commercialize these ideas
المهارات
- Must be extremely fluent in Arabic language
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or MBA from a reputed institute
- 8-10 years of institutional sales/business development experience in the Saudi Arabian market
- Strong client connect & network with decision makers in financial markets
- Prior sales experience in with family offices, sovereign funds, commercial or investment banks, private equity or venture capital firms
- Previous business development experience with either financial, strategy or management consulting firms would be highly preferred
