Lead of Site Project Engineering – Qatar & Batam

Advise the Head of Topsides Execution with the delivery of the NFXP Offshore Topsides at Batam Fabrication yard.
Ensure the objectives for the fabrication of the NFXP Offshore Topsides are safely met as per applicable HSE&S, quality standards and Project Specifications within the approved budget and schedule.
Assist in the implementation and compliance of the EPCI scope(s) of work and key milestones, but mainly responsible for monitoring and expediting the Procurement and Subcontracts delivery in accordance with the fabrication ROS dates and schedule critical path, ensuring key control, management of change and systems completion processes are implemented on the yard, assisting the CSR with reporting and risk management.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Ensure the equipment/material delivery to, and in, the yard in accordance with the schedule critical path and ROS dates. Maintain coordination and expediting with the main design/procurement office and the yard teams.
Ensure the subcontracts readiness at the yard in accordance with the schedule critical path and ROS dates. Maintain coordination and expediting with the main design/procurement office and the yard teams. Coordinate site readiness workshops preparation
Ensure the timely mobilization of Vendors to, and in, yard for fabrication, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operational support.
Coordinate and facilitate resolution of issues across multi-disciplines.
Ensure key control, change management and systems completions processes are set-up and implemented (OS&D inspection at yard, inspection notification to Company, systems completions line walks notification, system completion dossier readiness and milestone certificate notification, technical management of change, contractual management of change).
Analyze site TQ, SDR & interface management and ensure correct allocation/distribution. Appraise and coordinate PMOC with the company contract specialist, as needed.
Advise the Head of Topsides Execution with coordination and compilation of weekly & monthly reporting, dashboard and KPI monitoring. Advise the Head of Topsides Execution with risk identification and mitigation proposals, risk management and reporting. Advise the Head of Topsides Execution with the review and comments of weekly minutes of meeting and tracking of action. Implement and maintain PMT action tracking and ensure timely resolution.
Evaluate the punch list in ICAPS and ensure procurement and tracking of all required material by EPC Contractor and Vendors to allow timely completion.
Advise the Head of Topsides Execution and Contract Specialist with correspondence, as needed.
Ensure with the Information Management team that the Documentation Distribution Matrix (DDM) is populated by the team and newcomers and DDM addresses multi-disciplines review as required.

List of job requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or better.
Preferably 10yrs experience in design, fabrication, construction and commissioning within the offshore oil and gas industry.
Experience with Offshore Facilities (particularly wellhead platform and production platform construction) design, procurement, fabrication, construction & commissioning work phases.
Experience in fabrication yards, preferably SE Asia or Middle Eastern fabrication / construction yards.
Knowledge of Industry standards
