الوصف الوظيفي

The roleholder administers, organizes, and conducts companytraining programs bothin-house and external for various levels of staff within the organization. The role also carries out liaison with the trainingvendors, linemanagement in identifying the most suitable training provider that suits therequirements of the organization. In addition, the role holderis involved in the planningof training events,monitoring of national trainees‘ progress. The roleholder develops reportsand updates regarding Strategic Qatarization Plansand targets.
Vision,Mission, Strategic Map & Core Values.
Initiate the process of establishment of annual trainingbudgets and plans and participate in monitoring and cost control. Review and analyze the ITN requests to ensure thatthe recommendations are aligned with the Set plans,job competencyprofile requirements and procedures.• Compile Annual Training Plansthrough liaison with the business and inputs from EPAS reports and interpretthese into action plans to ensure that the identified training needs areaddressed in the most time efficient manner.
Prepare and implement theannual training calendar.
Contact and liaise with Training Vendorsand Line Managerson the development of tailor-made training programs to ensurerelevance.• Schedule training eventsand invite participants in accordance with the trainingcalendar.

• Coordinate the allocation of resources, venues,and logistical arrangements for in-house trainingevents to minimise disruption.

Liaison with training vendorsregarding logistical requirements for external trainingevents.

• Develop pre-qualification criteria for the selectionof potential Training Vendors.

Carry outreference checks of Training Providers to ensure relevance to the organizational requirements

• Prepare periodic training reports to keep superiorupdated on work progress.

• Keep track of training expenditure against the budgetand advice of potential variances.

• Carry out cost benefit analysisstudies on trainingprograms to enable management to determine the

levelof programs’ contribution to Company skill levels
