الوصف الوظيفي
- Innovate, Create & Manage products for the Financial Market Place & Treza leasing department
- Support the Strategic Business leadership committee in the mission, vision and execution of the business plan
- Manage product, Business, The operation, customer care and IT for the Squad / Program
- Manage end to end customer ecosystem and maximize the value of the Rasan products contributing to FMP & Treza growth.
- Support product innovation team, product architect team and market research in shaping up idea and opportunities.
- Manage the MVP team
- Set and track FMP and Treza business objectives
- Monitor Overall P&L and growth
- Bring in Ultimate Customer experience
المهارات
- Proven work experience in Product Management and P&L experience in an added value
- Proven work experience in leasing/ landing
- Experience in financial marketplace will be an added advantage
- Hands on experience in Product growth and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of Fintech
- MS Office and other MIS and Business Analytical tool
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem- solving attitude
- BSs / B.Tech Degree Holder
- MBA will be added advantage
