Recruitment Consultant
In this position, your primary role will be to support Ateca’s clients with their hiring needs, while also growing our client list with new clients.
You will be a core and integral member of the team that is instrumental in supporting the wider business through candidate and lead generation. At this stage will be able to successfully manage accounts, generate leads and resource CVs in a full 360 recruitment function.
Your targets and progression plan will be clearly defined, and full training will be given through our team of highly experienced consultants to get you to the next stage of career ladder.
Key responsibilities;
- Make placements
- Generate leads and new clients
- Generate candidates for live and future roles
- Candidate write ups for clients
- Writing job adverts
- Responding to inbound applications in a timely manner
- Being a positive spokesperson for Ateca both inside the office and outside

You will be paid 10% commission on house accounts and 20% commission on all roles that you bring in.
