Job Description
Store Manager Responsible for managing Indoor and Outdoor Sales team with monthly and quarterly targets to achieve.
Train the sales team
Innovating new selling channels and create huge network
Annual marketing activities and & mange promotion campaigns.
Following up the sales team activities and reports to achieve target, goals
Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed budget, sales volumes, values product mix and time scale.
Develop ideas and create offer for major accounts by main market sector and Darts travel Offers.
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by post, telephone, e-mail and personal visits.
Maintain and develop existing and new customer through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Carry out market research competitor and customer survey.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company function necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Follow up sold Ads with operations and aviation unit.
Follow up payments and money transactions.
Follow up contracts renewals.
Job Requirements
Good command of both written and spoken English.
