الوصف الوظيفي
· Examine and monitor contractual agreements with multiple clients and/ or suppliers, pre & post contracts.
· Review of tender documents. from commercial and legal perspectives.
· Produce accurate and timely billing for projects while understanding the requirements of our contract.
· Gather supporting documentation, check the information for accuracy, and follow a standard or client-specific invoicing format.
· Creating draft invoices in collaboration with Project Managers in accordance with the billing schedule, following up to get the required approvals, and sending final invoices to clients.
· Ensuring financial-related project maintenance such as budget updates, change orders, write-offs, and closures are recorded in a timely and accurate manner
· Preparation of progress payment application and supporting documents for invoicing.
· Prepares commercial reports and documentation of claims/variations/change orders and warranties.
· Prepares documentation for claims, variations, remeasurement, warranties, completion certificates, bonds, release letters, etc. for all Company Projects.
· Preparation of cost analysis and comparative cost analysis.
· Assist in the preparation of cost reports and cash flows.
· Prepare payment certificates for subcontractors.
· Preparation of contracts for subcontractors and suppliers.
المهارات
· Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree.
· Quantity surveying and knowledge of the conditions of contracts (FIDIC, ICE, etc.) are required.
· Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Professional proficiency in English is required (written and verbal).
· Experience in projects from tendering to delivery phase.
· Proven knowledge and experience in using engineering practices, estimation, international codes and standards, project contracts, and cost control.
· Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technologies and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering practices.
· Experience in the Gulf area is preferred.
