Sales Associate / Promoter (3 Months contract)

Sales Associate – Job Description:

A Leading Retail Company in UAE is looking for Retail Sales Associates for its premium and luxury retail stores / showrooms in Abu Dhabi & Dubai (2 Position Vacant). The Sales Associates will be responsible for retail sales, merchandise the products and build our brands by providing excellent customer service at the retail stores / showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers, responding to their enquiries / questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service
Present the product and services to generate sales through enquiries and to walk in customers at the retail stores
Proactively promote and sell the brands and products
Up-sell & Cross-sell baby care, childcare & mother care products / brands at the retail stores
Follow up over phone and email after enquiries are generated at the stores
Ensure that the sales targets are met (daily / weekly / monthly)
Contribute to the development of commercial intelligence through walk in or visitors’ information
Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers in the outlets
Maintain required records, prepare & submit DSR, provide feedback and serve as the direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders
Ensure that the shop is always well maintained and represents the company’s image

المهارات

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Minimum 2 years’ retail sale experience in UAE is required
Experience in selling premium luxury brands / baby care & child care products is an advantage
Direct sales experience in high-end, niche and premiere concepts or products
Proven skills in closing deals and achieving targets
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proficiency in English; Arabic language is definitely a Plus
