• Serving Gelato and other frozen novelties.
• Prepare and serve cold and hot beverages, including milkshakes, coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, according to customer requests.
• Supervise the daily production of all pastries and desserts including waffles and crepes.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and brewing methods.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations when handling food and beverages.
• Help with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Upsell food and beverage items to customers.

المهارات

• .Previous experience as a Barista, Pastry Chef or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
