Artha Realty is looking for residential and commercial real estate agents to join our growing team of agents.

Estimated monthly income: AED 30,000 – 40,000

Your job profile includes but is not restricted to the following:

• Soliciting clients (buyers, sellers, investors, developers, tenants)
• Studying the market for updated prices, new launches, availability etc
• Building relationships with clients
• Marketing properties effectively on portals and social media
• Networking and building a strong referral network
• Effectively qualifying requirements of the client
• Matching requirements between clients
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating the transaction
• Executing the transaction and the required paper work

To perform in this role, you must have:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience (Real estate preferred)
• UAE/International driving license & Car
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Determination & Discipline
• High Ethical standards
