Artha Realty is looking for residential and commercial real estate agents to join our growing team of agents.

Estimated monthly income: AED 30,000 – 40,000
Your job profile includes but is not restricted to the following:
- Soliciting clients (buyers, sellers, investors, developers, tenants)
- Studying the market for updated prices, new launches, availability etc
- Building relationships with clients
- Marketing properties effectively on portals and social media
- Networking and building a strong referral network
- Effectively qualifying requirements of the client
- Matching requirements between clients
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating the transaction
- Executing the transaction and the required paper work
To perform in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (Real estate preferred)
- UAE/International driving license & Car
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Determination & Discipline
- High Ethical standards
