Job Description
Raya Information Technology; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Project Administrator

Responsible for all back office support and Documentation such as Project File creation and Maintenance, requisition issuance, delivery follow up, etc.

Responsible to uploading and updating project plans on the electronic system., with coordination with the Project Manager.

Liaise with the Project Manager and resources to facilitate coordination of resources allocation and task fulfillment.

Tracks Project Progress , financial issues , risks and reports as appropriate

Complete Project Check List and PO verification Checklist

Maintain project status on all relevant systems

Upload approved P&L on financial system

Issue LG request as per customer PO

Upload approved Project Plan on electronic system and Make sure that the latest template is being used

Issue purchase requisition and Follow up with Logistics Dept on goods delivery

Follow up with the project manager on the Project Plan tasks due and update Project Plan accordingly.

Assign project resources upon the advice of Project Manager and get feedback on task completion from Project Manager.

Prepare Stock Issue request upon the advice of Project manager and coordinate with warehouse Goods Delivery,

Issue invoice issue request upon receiving corresponding documentation from Project Manager and follow up with Finance until revenue recognition and update project plan with actual revenue and cost

Maintain project File both physical and Electronic

Prepare project reports as appropriate.
