The mission of the position:
Online Fundraising Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing online fundraising campaigns, online conversions and acquisition, journey optimization, digital advertising campaigns, text-to-donate campaigns, and email marketing campaigns. Monitoring and reporting on different social networks, collating statistics, and reporting on social media activity.

Key performance areas and main responsibilities:
Manage online fundraising campaigns:
- Responsible for online fundraising campaigns throughout all channels in terms of planning, costs, results & income (in-house approach).
- Responsible for online fundraising campaign analysis and data-driven campaign management to maximize ROI (in-house approach).
- Responsible for designing the online fundraising campaigns in terms of all relevant materials e.g. messages, visuals & videos (in-house approach).
Website management:
- Content management.
- Responsible for web usability, UX, and optimizing online donation process for regular monthly payments (in-house approach)
- Mobile optimized website design in cooperation with the web developer.
E-Mail, SMS, MailChimp:
1. Responsible for planning & content management of email, SMS, and MailChimp in all touchpoints of donor’s communications.
Build and maintain a network:
1. Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels.
2. Oversee all the Association’s social media accounts and online content.
Must criteria
- BSc degree in Digital Marketing or a similar relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of expertise and experience in online fundraising/ sales.
- Proven track record in online fundraising/sales/marketing.
- Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Proven ability to take over responsibility for online campaign planning and budgeting.
- Very good command of English and Arabic.
- Ability to work partially in a virtual set-up.
Competencies – knowledge, skills, abilities
- experience with A/B testing and user experience (UX).
- working experience in an online shop.
- Skills in content writing for online channels.
- Basic knowledge of internet technics such as HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
- Training for Adobe Photoshop & Premiere, and other image & video editing software.
- Google Certification.
- Proven communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent Arabic / English speaking and writing skills.
- Identification of the values of the organization/ association and willingness to contribute to its aims.
- Hardworking, dedicated, and able to work under pressure. Ability to work on a conception basis.
