Kitchen & Laundry Maintenance Supervisor – Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What you will be doing:

Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Your experience and skills include:

Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable

Your team and working environment:

Follows up and executes all the works assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
Takes prompt action relating to all maintenance orders concerning all plumbing, air-conditioning, machine breakdowns and plumbing services or repair of kitchen and laundry equipment.
Performs regular preventive and corrective maintenance works on laundry and kitchen equipment as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
May perform maintenance works on all machinery such as pumps, boilers, burners, electric motors, AC units, FCU, expansion tanks, heat exchangers
Performs all kind of mechanical works such as welding, soldering, grinding, drilling, milling etc…in the mechanical workshop.
Notes all needed spare parts and consumable materials and instructs the storekeeper of the required materials.
With the help of the checklist inspects all the plant-rooms and auxiliary machine rooms for any faulty operation of any of the machinery, checks plumbing services and sanitary fixtures and takes prompt action for rectification of deficiencies.
