Senior Business Analyst
� Analyze business requirements and study their feasibility in order to make sure that requirements can be fully implemented.
� Prepare business use cases in assistance with business relationship managers that meet business needs and ensure compliance with the set guidelines.
� Design and document business solutions and systems, and making sure they include processes, workflows, prototypes and design workflows.
� Conduct business services and products evaluation to identify potential solutions.
� Support in identifying and defining new opportunities for business.
� Communicate with vendors, coordinate product presentations and assist in the vendor selection criteria.
� Help in providing initial risk assessment for new services and products.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
� Follow all relevant systems development policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Continuous Improvement
� Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account �international leading practices�, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
� Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Statements and Reports
� Preparation of business use cases that meet KFH and system developments� requirements, policies and standards.
Related Assignments
� Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
� Key decisions having significant impact on the change control functions are referred to Senior Manager Business Analysis Services for approval before implementation.
� The jobholder exercises financial authority as per the level established by KFH management and stipulated in the authority matrix.
