الوصف الوظيفي

Collection & Analysis of client business processes, Documentation, Mapping the requirements and proposing suitable changes in line with the product.

• Create the “Functional requirement Document” (It may be varied from ERP to ERP) based on the requirements /document / report / daily activities collected from the client.

• Provide solution overview training to business users explaining Dynamics AX functionality across various modules and processes.

• Proposing necessary changes in customer’s business process to go with product functionality & configuring the product to suit the requirements as per FRD.

• Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios. Testing may also include Unit testing, System Integration Testing, Exploratory Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, or any client specific software testing.”• Testing the end to end product scenarios in line with product standards and resolving conflicts with the help of technical team.

Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, to scope, deadline, and budget

• Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design

• Business and systems analysis and documentation

• Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality

• Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation

• Application configuration and setup

• Provide system training to both internal and external clients

• Development and delivery of testing

• Design and execution of data migration

• Go-live and post-live support

• Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead

Previous experience of MS Dynamics AX / NAV ERP

• Excellent command of English Language

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

• Continuous Learner

• Work successfully in a teamwork environment

• Proven consulting experience

• Ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure

• Understanding and assimilating information from various sources
