DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING
The Director of Housekeeping plays an integral part in the hotel’s strategic positioning as luxury hotel in all key segments. The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the entire Hotel, managing and administrating the entire Housekeeping Department, Uniform Room and Health Club operations, and ensuring Guests receive the highest possible level of efficiency, services and comfort.

What you will be doing:
- Ensure the clean and orderly appearance of the Hotel at all times by effective planning, management and supervision
- Manage an effective preventative maintenance/cleaning schedule and maintain excellent communication and partnership with the engineering department
- Select, lead, train, recognize and reward the team of Housekeeping Leaders and Colleagues, positively impacting both colleague and guest satisfaction
- Ensure high morale and productivity levels through staff planning, training and development, and monthly departmental meetings
- Ensure new employees are trained in the correct methods of cleaning and the proper use of housekeeping equipment and to ensure that said equipment is available and properly maintained.
- Oversee administration and management of all Housekeeping operations including scheduling, payroll, supply and inventory control.
