DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Outline the main daily duties, tasks and responsibilities of the position.
Advise on Commissioning techniques, review and generate work instructions, Commissioning Procedures, startup check lists and templates. Provide technical input to start-up engineers for trouble shooting, co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines during commissioning to resolve and expedite. Drive use of Completions work process, and safety during facility transition of Construction to Commissioning and subsequent handover to Operations.
The incumbent must be self motivated, have an ability to handle multiple demands requiring quick resolution and manage expectation of a range of stakeholders. They should be able to build relationships quickly and communicate effectively across the organisation.

- Experience and SkillsProven experience within large projects, relevant working experience in industry
- Proven track record of execution excellence & delivering results for large plant commissioning and start up’s.
- Experience with completions or commissioning tracking tools preferably Go Completions
- Has proven interpersonal skills associated with managing a construction work force.
- Chartered Engineer with a minimum of 15 years relevant commissioning and start-up experience
- Good understanding of QA/QC requirements for final documentation on oil and gas related construction projects.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in HSE management principles and its application in the field including MOC, SWP and associated procedures.
- Experience of managing multi-disciplinary, diverse teams.
