For our New Prime National School located in 6th October area that will open its door to students in September 2023, we are looking to hire an outstanding Accounting Manager, position is effective October 2022:
Job Description:

Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the GEMS Core Values

Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions

Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries

Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices

Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Prepare reports on account status
Successful candidate should have the following:

Bachelor degree in Finance/ Business Administration

Proven work experience as Accounts Manager

Educational background is preferred

Previous experience with ERP system
