To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Y-EMEA COSEE Preparation Specialist.

Job requirements;

Create and promote COSEE Preparation&SP Procedure and specifications;
Train and support COSEE plant members on these procedures;
Perform if necessary corporate audits to ensure COSEE standards are implemented in YEL Plants.
Support Equipment Sub Committee on organization or participation on Global and Regional Benchmarks:
Prepare YSEC and send to ESC secretariat;
Inform COSEE member about any news related YSEC equipment.
Support YEL Plants under customer or management pressure to increase its efficiency or improve quality;
Support on Customer audits upon Plants request;
Ensure proper support on integration of equipment into new processes like KSK;
Prepare and follow up COSEE Preparation activity list for each Plant.
Definition of equipment and process concepts incl. corresponding requirement specifications for special process;
Implementation of special process equipment in serial production lines.
Calculation of manufacturing concepts (payback scenarios for special process)
Continues optimization of production equipment conceding quality, availability and economics

Profile requirements:

University degree
Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in related area
Proficient in English language
Advanced user of Excel, Microsoft office tools
AutoCAD basic user minimum
