الوصف الوظيفي

Job Summary:

  • Purpose of the job: Achieve sales and replenishment targets by replenishing to customers all SKUs and assure product availability, visibility and rotation.
  • Manage through planning, implementing, motivating, controlling and reviewing all sales & marketing activities for the brands that are assigned under his unit to achieve coverage, distribution, visibility & volume targets.
  • Implement promotional activities and ensure proper pricing for all products.
  • All sales should be performed on cash basis only.

Responsibility:

  • Follow Journey plan and ensure there is no call exceptions and non-buying customers.
  • Provide customers with suggested orders ensuring maximum SKU availability in stores.
  • Achieve sales, distribution and visibility targets and objectives by brand by outlet.
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales & distribution KPIs.
  • Implement trade visibility and display planograms as per brand strategy.
  • Communicate and implement monthly promotional activities across all customers.
  • Implement inventory FEFO process on van & channel Stock.
  • Ensure implementation of retail selling price (RSP) by brand and outlet.
  • Update trade on product knowledge, features & benefit.
  • Ensure 100% implementation of journey cycle.

المهارات

  • Ability to drive DYNA (3.5) Tonnes with box.
  • 2 Years Experience as Cash Van (Preferable food) experience)
