Job Description
The goal is to drive sustainable growth through technical planning and supervision.
Responsible for:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on technical quality and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and competitors’ technical advantages

Conduct research on new technical tools and software for enhancing the technical execution process.

Design proposals for prospective clients.

Design solar energy stations and prepare the technical plan for execution.

Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.

Prepare and deliver all offers and client’s requirements for current and prospective clients

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Coordinate between the sales and the engineering teams.

Develop, coordinate and implement technical plans and material designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Deliver all required reports to management
Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering (or 2+ years experience in Solar Energy field).

Fluency in both written and spoken English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability for hard work and results‘ achievement

Dedication to long hours work
Candidates
must
have previous experience in the
Solar Energy field
and can execute the following:

Designs through professional software such us PVsol, Helioscope…etc.

Professional technical and financial proposals.

Project's feasibility study.
Preferably:

Previous experience in another Power Solutions field, such as UPS, transformers, is a plus.
