Us at Halian are currently looking for a "Talent Acquisition Consultant" to join our team in Dubai.

Your main mission will be to build and develop strong candidate relationships and support the sales team with a number of different roles.

Your Responsibilities

Draft, update, and post job descriptions to appropriate job boards/social medias/etc.
Source and recruit talents through direct approach, networking, advertising, database, social medias, etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
within schedule.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Perform references and background checks.
Onboard and follow-up new employees to become fully integrated.
Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
Be an Ambassador of Halian Group.

Your Qualifications

You have a previous experience in recruiting or sales.
You are fluent in English.
You are a good communicator and active listener.
You have good negotiation skills.
You have good sales skills and a developed team spirit.
You are flexible and able to set your priorities.
