الوصف الوظيفي

Our client is looking for someone who can handle and has worked for a company with a fleet of over 10,000 groups of companies.

Scope and purpose

  • Manage team of customer service representatives, procurement coordinators and helpdesk to ensure client orders are delivered on time and in full and Lead the direction of the team to being more customer-centric

Main duties

Delivery – Ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full with the required quality

Customer Management

  • Liaise with operational team of clients for day to day troubleshooting and reporting
  • Manager relationship with operations team of clients

Supplier Management

  • Streamline process of supplier coordination’s for clients’ orders
  • Manage relationship with suppliers to ensure deliveries
  • Handle escalations made by helpdesk related to suppliers
  • Ensure all suppliers are measured using the supply chain KPIs and work with the suppliers to improve performance metrics

Invoice management

  • To ensure supplier upload ASNS, DNS and invoices on system on time
  • Liaise with finance to prepare reports for invoicing to client

Reporting

  • Develop reporting mechanism for delivery performance to clients
  • Supplier performance related to delivery and documents upload
  • To Standardize Reports for daily and monthly reporting
  • Prepare and present a monthly deck reporting KPIs and operational matters

Process control

  • Develop correct structure and process around customer service and procurement coordination
  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs for Helpdesk, customer service and procurement coordination.
  • Enhancing order to delivery cycle
  • Document operational process in form of SOPs

New client mobilization

· Work with senior team to prepare bids, product mapping and mobilize new client

Systems

  • Liaising with Data and development team for troubleshooting, enhancement of system and resolving operations issues
  • Ensuring new clients are onboarded on time

Logistics

  • Controlling transportation and logistics cost for deliveries to clients
  • Manage logistics and distribution contracts including ship-chandling, containers, vessels, yards, transport.

Education and experience

  • Degree educated
  • At minimum of three years’ experience working with in customer service function of supply chain’s customer service in the UAE
  • Experience of managing team and processes with KPIs
  • Used to working as part of a team and dealing with a large number of suppliers and products both in food and non-food categories
  • Candidate must be within UAE

Salary is AED 15,000 Gross
