Stewarding Supervisor for Conrad Dubai
Job Description
A StewardingSupervisor for Conrad Dubaiis responsible for supervising the kitchen stewards to deliver an excellent Guest experience while supporting the overall back of house operations.
What will I be doing
As a Stewarding Supervisor for Conrad Dubai, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise the kitchen stewards to ensuring highest level of standards
- Support the back of house team in training and development
- Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities
- Ensure back of house areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed
- Observeandhandling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of health and safety requirements
- Report faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Execuitve Chef in coordintion with the Engineering team, as required
- Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to by all team members
- Ensure machinery is operated properly, efficiently, safely and in accordance with health and safety guidlines
- Assist in the location, movement and storage of operational equipment
- Assist in the stock take of equipment and other items as required
- Assist the Chief Steward and Assistant Chief Steward throughout the daily operations

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience as Stewarding Supervisor in a luxury hotel
