• Lead the daily operations activities including automation in the environment, monitoring systems, and logging utilizing the principals of DevOps, Agile and software engineering practices • Engage with product and development team to design, build and maintain the system / software for high availability proactively and drive operation best practices • Develop and support full-stack platform infrastructure initiatives in a complex environment. • Develop continuous delivery for multiple platforms in production and staging environments in Ubuntu, CentOS and Windows Servers • Infrastructure and platform security • Architect and setup MySQL database replication and failover server • Provide technical support and direction regarding new or existing technologies, operational standards, and staff development • Use established change management processes and disaster recovery plans, requiring operational procedures be performed with minimal customer impact. • Drive continuous improvement in systems operations through tool building and automation • Ensuring efficient and scalable artifact deployments to production servers using automation scripts and other deployment tools • Design, manage and implement application deployments adhering to CI/CD methodology. • Architect and develop automation solutions. • Implement monitoring tools, notifications set ups, webhooks etc. • Conduct audits and drills on the environments to ensure the system reliability and notifications. • Work closely with the development team to support, improve, and integrate automated solutions into automation frameworks.

• 5+ years of backend development experience using PHP and Laravel Framework • 2+ years of backend development experience using C# and .Net Framework • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model View Controller (MVC) pattern • 5+ years of frontend development experience in design and build of responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, Boostrap, Material UI, Tailwindcss, Javascript, Typescript, AlpineJS, and ReactJS • Expert level in Linux and Windows operating systems and building highly secure infrastructure using Virtual Machine or cloud computing • Expert level in database schema design, optimization and management using MySQL Enterprise, MSSQL or GraphQL • Experience of handling large scale data • Experience and strong understanding of DevOps tools ecosystem, like Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Gulp, Webpack, Vite, Browser Testing (Selenium/Browsersync), Jest Testing Framework, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS cloud computing • Experience in building highly secure REST APIs • 2 years experience using Redis, WebSocket, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana • ERP domain knowledge and development experience are huge plus • Experience building mobile apps for Android, IOS or Hybrid platform (React Native/Ionic Framework) is a plus • Experience in AWS Cloud, Workflow automation, email integration, and parsing
