We are on a mission to empower DevOps teams to operate complex containerized infrastructure with ease and confidence. We are defining pioneering methodologies and developing cutting-edge technologies for enterprise customers who are adopting cloud-native stack.

We process millions of events every day to provide insights and recommendations to our customers with regard to their infrastructure security and compliance posture as well as prevent non-compliant changes from going out to production. We are looking for passionate and energetic software engineers with experience building and managing highly available and scalable cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate is expected to take ownership and drive solutions to technically challenging problems. You will be working with global and diverse engineering teams from Seattle, San Francisco, London, and Berlin among others at the forefront of cloud-native technologies. We want you to help us build innovative solutions for enterprises adopting Kubernetes, GitOps, and Security-as-Code

Responsibilities

Work with the product team to understand requirements and define milestones.
Lead other software engineers to design and build highly scalable and highly available SaaS and on-prem products.

Participate in design and code reviews for new features and legacy code.
Troubleshoot and debug software in dev and production environments.
Write unit tests and integration tests of your software to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Participate in on-call rotations with the rest of the engineering organization.
Contribute to improving engineering processes and workflows.
Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++, or C#
Experience working with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
2+ years of experience designing and implementing reliable microservices architectures
Good understanding of standard networking protocols and basic distributed system challenges
Experience with continuous integration and deployment
Strong sense of ownership and customer service
Strong verbal and written communication

Desired Qualification

GoLang development experience.
Good understanding of Kubernetes internals and APIs.
Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS systems.
Experience defining Service Level Objectives and being involved in operations.
Experience in cloud security.
