To establish Project Quality Management systems in line with contractual and organizational quality requirements.
To monitor the implementation of document control framework to manage documents,records,forms,and work instructions in line.
To manage all the QA/QC related works for the KOC building project.
To report Project Manager(administratively) on day to day activities with the status of ongoing inspections, site observations/issues/deviations/non conformances, and client complaint reports etc.
To report Head-QA QC regarding the implementation of Project Quality Plan
To carry out quality control inspections at site as per the organizations & Project document control procedure.
To ensure the construction works are being carried out as per the approved inspection and test plan and as needed.

المهارات
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(civil), and not less than 10 years' experience in construction or similar field.
Proven quality control experience in the construction industry
Computer literacy, including use of MS Office,word,Excel,Powerpoint,Access)
Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities
works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem solving skills.
Shall be experienced with the ISO audits, company audits and documentation works.
Shall perform material inspection and having awareness on various material proposals.
Needs to control the third party inspection and testing works.
