BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for one of the world's largest global food companies in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Outbound Officer who will be responsible for managing the haulage & freight of outbound for the factory, planning & coordinating with warehouse for the timely ship the outbound container, creation of outbound deliveries, commercial invoice as per sales order in SAP & launching of freight in the system to facilitate the payment process, fulfilling a SOX requirement in terms of correct allocation of export costs, booking every and each invoice to the correct truck & shipment, ensuring the compliance of the client & SOX requirements and ensuring timely receipt of freight invoices & creation of necessary purchase orders for the payment, arranging and ensuring the availability of trucks in daily basis.

<br />-Manage the new cost allocation system for export expenses, following the new Sox requirements as per LES project
<br />-Follow the procedure 21.5.044 for import & export operations
<br />-Follow up the deliveries of each shipment & claim the invoice for the final expenses (clearance cost, detention charges, etc.)
<br />-Receive the invoices, double check the invoice against the correct shipment number (to ensure the correct cost to the respective truck)
<br />-Double check with transporter in case the values are not matching and follow up the corrective actions
<br />-Update provision in the system as per the actual invoice​
<br />-Upload the copy of the invoices in the portal (for invoice booking by SSC Brazil)
<br />-Create, organize, manage and send the monthly statement to the suppliers
<br />-Support export activities, being responsible to load the products for the following markets: Federal Foods; Oman; McDonalds
<br />

<br />Requirements-Bachelor's or diploma degree of Business Administration or industrial engineering or any area related to Logistics.
<br />-Experience in manufacturing processes (food industry) – 1 year
<br />-Experience transport of cross border operations (hiring trucks, supplier management) – 2 years
<br />-Experience in logistics process (inbound/outbound) – 2 years
<br />-Experience in SAP system – 2
<br />-Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading)
<br />-Good knowledge in Logistics activities (exportation, clearance),finance flows & requirements, legal requirements & documentation process, compliance requirements
<br />-Good commands in MS (word/excel) & SAP
<br />-Ability to communicate with different nationalities and understand different cultures
<br />-Ability to work under pressure
<br />-Flexibility to work in different timing
<br />-Analytical overview of the manufacturing & export process
