We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. As an Operations Manager, you should be prepared to mentor your team members, identify ways to improve customer service quality, and implement best practices at all levels.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all operations are carried out in a cost-effective and appropriate manner
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Make critical policy, planning, and strategy decisions
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
Ensure that the organization's processes are legally compliant
Develop strategic and operational goals
Examine financial data and use it to increase profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Help to foster a company culture that values high performance and morale
Find ways to improve customer service
Establish partnerships with other organizations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
MBA is a plus
3-5 years of working experience in UAE as an Operations Manager or similar role
Critical thinker
Ability to make critical decisions
Must be impeccable in planning and honoring deadlines
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Solid understanding of financial management
Ability to build consensus and establish relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Must keep the team aligned at all times

Salary Package:

AED 8,000 to AED 10,000
